اين پژوهش به بررسي و تحليل اضطراب صفتي ووضعي مديران سازمان تربيت بدني به عنوان يكي از شاخص هاي سلامت رواني وبهداشت محيط كارپرداخته ونتايج حاصله رابا اضطراب وضعي صفتي مديران سازمان برنامه وبودجه مقايسه مي نمايد.در ضمن نقش پاره اي از ويژگي هاي فردي مديران دو سازمان فوق را در ميزان اضطراب وضعي وصفتي مورد ارزيابي قرار مي دهد. جامعه ي اماري پژوهش ميداني حاضر متشكل از 123 مدير سازمان تربيت بدني و110 مدير سازمان برنامه وبودجه مي باشد.ابزار پژوهش ،‏پرسشناممه ي استاندارد اضطراب صفتي ووضعي اشپيل برگر مي باشد.كه براي تعيين پايايي آن مطالعه ي مقدماتي انجام شد.علاوه براستفاده از آمارتوصيفي در تجزيه وتحليل داده ها كه به صورت كيفي هستند،‏از آزمون هاي غير پارامتري ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن ،‏آزمون من ويتني ،‏آزمون ويل كاكسون ،‏آزمون كروس كالواليس وضريب همبستگي آلفا كرونباخ استفاده شده است.نتايج حاصله حاكي از وجود ارتباط معني داربيناضطراب صفتي ووضعي مديران مي باشد .در مقايسه ي اضطراب صفتي واضطراب وضعي بين مديران دو سازمان ،‏اختلاف معني داري مشاهده شد.ويژگي هاي فردي چون سن،‏ وضعيت تاهل ،‏ميزان تحصيلات وسابقه ي كار در ميزان اضطراب وضعي مديران نقشي نداشت.در مديران سازمان تربيت بدني در مقايسه ي ميزان اضطراب صفتي ووضعي مديران برحسب ميزان تحصيلات تفاوت معني داري مشاهده نشد. ​

The purpose of this research was to study and analysis of state and trait
anxiety as one of the psychological and good healtli of work atmosphers index among physical Education organization (P.E.O) managrs and compare it with the
managers of Budget and plan organization (B.P.O) man while the role of some individual specification of managers on the sate of state and trait anxiety between
alone organizations have been evaluated. The statistical population of present field research consisted of 123 of P.E.O and 119 of B.P.O managers, respectedly All
subjects completed the spielberger, state and trait anxiety standard questionnaire and the data were analyzed using the non parametric spearman and correlation
coefficient, the mann-whitney test, wilcoxon correlation coefficient, and alpha kroenbach correlation coefficient. The results indicated significant correlation on
state and trait anxiety among individual managers of both, organizations (P
However, the comparison of these variables showed significant difference between the managers in two organizations (Pmanagers such as age, marriage status, educational loud an previous experiences did not have any role in the rate of state anxiety among managers.
